Peter Pane - Köln Friesenplatz in Cologne

Full marks from me, first ordered from Peter Pane and picked up due to Corona, super packaged, the food was super warm and above all very tasty, I will continue to eat there in the future 👍👍👍👍👍 LG Peter

Not comparable with Freddy & co. Meat quality so-so and unfortunately completely fried, french fries ok, but guacamole good.

Were there with a couple of friends before the restaurant lockdown. The service was always friendly and the burgers were great, as always with Peter Pane!

Delicious burger, survived the 20-minute drive home in the KVB very well, the fries were unfortunately cold until home, but also warmed up quickly.

Miserable service you let the customers wait in front of the door in the cold until an employee comes out and first casually answers questions about the menu instead of saying it is closed ... Personally, I have never experienced grosser communicative failures, let alone in gastronomy. Please guys what's going on? !!

We ordered there for the first time today. On the one hand the wrong burger was delivered, on the other hand I have to say that I would have expected more for the rather high price. It wasn't bad, but none of the 4 people who had ordered were particularly impressed. And as I said: price-performance ratio fits in my opinion. not quite.

Great service a and it's a pity for this workers, that they have to serve so bad burgers. Not cheap, but the patties are like the ones you can buy frozen at Aldi. Unverschämt sag man auf Deutsch. Complete loveless burgers.

I visited for lunch about 2 weeks before lockdown began. I enjoyed the nice decor. Clean, inviting and roomy. The service was good from start to finish. The midday menu special was pretty impressive, drink, burger and fries, and a coffee. However, the menu reads as fresh, although it does not state it. The food was well prepared and plated. I asked for Medium, yet that is not possible with frozen patties, so it came well done.I should have been informed when I ordered it medium. I upgraded to Angus, which is pointless with frozen meat. The cheese sauce was from a can. After one bite I sent it back. Again, prepared well, but not what I expected for €26. No visit from the manager. Cookie cutter chains like this one cut costs by utilising frozen, canned and processed items, yet you pay more due to ambiance and location. There is definitely better for your money in Köln that utilises 100% fresh ingredients and housemade products.

Ordered via lieferando 2 burgers and a set of fries. After the first bite both me and my girlfriend agreed that the beef patties tasted as some cheap, frozen, microwaved meat. Terrible burger but 1 star for the great fries.

I'm excited !!! The variety of burgers is terrific. The service is constantly present without being annoying. This combination is unbeatable for me. It's a shame that we can't come for a month - we then regularly order: D Keep it up!!

It was like coming home. I have been to Cologne for work and already know the concept from Bremen. Ambience a dream, staff was super attentive and friendly. Any time.

On a Friday break from work, I wanted to try one of the store's interesting-sounding burgers. But even though at least half of the tables were obviously empty, I was turned away with a brusque "no space" statement. It wasn't because of the gaps, as whole rows of tables were free. I therefore sincerely wish you a quick bankruptcy and an early closure of the shop. :)

Top location and the usual Peter Pane quality from a really friendly team. Insider tip: the truffle fries, you have to try them, are great

I came in alone and asked for a place inside. I felt a bit unwelcome when I entered the place, maybe it was because of stress or something. The restaurant was at approximately 50% capacity when I wanted to eat there. They brought me to my table and I actually knew that I wanted the lunch menu. I thought ok, just a quick lunch. I waited for nearly 20 minutes and the waitresses didn’t approach me even while I tried to establish eye contact with any employee in there and looked very obviously around, showcasing that I’m ready to order. After 20 minutes of waiting I left. I will try this place again in the future and reevaluate my review. Maybe I just went under next to the larger groups that came in after me.

Great shop. The food is very good. The selection is large and also varied for vegans and vegetarians, which I particularly like. The service is great and the whole atmosphere at Peter Pane is good! It's contagious 🥰

Another burger restaurant in Cologne? I only had that in mind when I saw that this was opening soon! But it's not just any burger joint. The ambience and the entire interior fit the theme and fit the name. The whole concept of PETER is really very well thought out and executed. The food is perfect, because there are also various vegetarian 🍔, tasty salads and homemade drinks through to cocktails. REALLY WORTH IT 😳 TO SIT IN THE SWING OR THE BAR. I will continue testing and will be back 👍👍👍
